Healing Starts
With A Conversation
Our Process
Discuss. Process. Transform.
As humans, we are wired for connection, yet our past experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others. The stories we carry—about who we are, what we deserve, and how we navigate the world—can either empower us or hold us back. Therapy is a space to unpack these narratives with curiosity and care, not to erase them, but to transform them into something
that aligns with the life you want to build.
Healing isn’t just about managing symptoms; it’s about developing the tools and inner trust to face life’s inevitable challenges with strength and clarity. If you’re ready to step into this work, I would love to support you. Finding the right therapist is key to feeling safe, seen, and understood—let’s connect and see if we’re the right fit.
Meet Samantha Noiman
Hello, nice to meet you
I'm so glad you're here. Let me share a bit about my journey and why I'm passionate about helping others like you.
Samantha Noiman
Qualifications
It all began with my Bachelor’s degree in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Florida Atlantic University. My education equipped me with the tools to challenge societal norms, question power structures, and amplify the voices of those who have been historically marginalized. It instilled in me a commitment to not only support individuals but also to work towards systemic change that addresses the underlying causes of social inequalities.
Driven by this passion, I pursued my Master of Social Work, also at Florida Atlantic University. During this time, I had the incredible opportunity to work at a dual diagnosis treatment center, focusing on both behavioral health and substance abuse disorders within the LGBTQ+ community. The courage and resilience I witnessed in my clients was both inspiring and humbling.
My professional journey has been rich and varied, allowing me to work with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. From psychosis to schizophrenia and Bipolar I, each experience has deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the beautiful complexity of the human spirit.
I delved deeper into addiction and substance abuse treatment in my career and discovered the profound importance of attachment theory and human connection in the healing process. This realization has shaped my approach to therapy, emphasizing the power of genuine, empathetic relationships. I was privileged enough to support my clients as they rebuilt their lives and their relationships by utilizing realistic tools we collaboratively identified.
I’m a firm believer in lifelong learning, and I’m constantly inspired by the wisdom of thought leaders like Gábor Maté, Dr. Carl Jung, Marsha Linehan, Bessel van der Kolk, and Richard C. Schwartz, to name a few. Their insights continue to enrich my practice and fuel my passion for helping others on their healing journeys.
I’m here to walk alongside you on your path to healing and self-discovery. Together, we’ll explore, grow, and unlock your innate potential for transformation. I’m excited to get to know you and to be a part of your unique story.

With a warm, grounded, and intuitive approach, I strive to create a therapeutic space where you feel truly seen, understood, and supported. I believe healing happens when we integrate both mind and body, combining evidence-based practices with holistic and metaphysical perspectives to foster deep, lasting change. Therapy with me is more than just talking—it’s about learning to trust yourself, build emotional resilience, and develop real-world tools to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
I take both a top-down and bottom-up approach to trauma healing. The top-down approach involves verbally processing experiences, using talk therapy, and equipping you with tools to regulate emotions and behaviors that no longer serve you. The bottom-up approach focuses on the body’s wisdom to process trauma. This can include somatic practices like breathwork, sound healing, yoga, meditation, and other techniques tailored to what best suits you. By connecting both your mind and body, we work together to create a more cohesive and integrated sense of self.
I hold expertise in trauma and PTSD, addiction, identity exploration, personality, and mood disorders, and I am deeply committed to LGBTQ+ affirming care. In our work together, you can expect a balance of compassion, directness, and even humor when it fits. I honor all identities, experiences, and ways of being—this is your space to show up exactly as you are.
Life moves fast, and it’s easy to disconnect from ourselves in the rush. In therapy, I invite you to slow down, tune in, and uncover the patterns that no longer serve you. Growth isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about reclaiming who you’ve always been.
